ELIGIBILITY
Minimum Requirements, Strictly Applied
Admission to the Academy begins with eligibility, and eligibility is non-negotiable. The criteria below are strict bare minimums. Meeting them does not guarantee selection: it earns consideration. Falling short of any single criterion ends the application.

Ten years or more as a specialist qualified plastic surgeon.
A minimum of ten years post-specialist qualification in plastic surgery (e.g. FRACS (Plast) or the equivalent recognised specialist qualification in your jurisdiction).

A completely clean record.
No conditions, undertakings, restrictions, or notations on your registration, past or present, and no malpractice suits or settled claims of any kind.

International altruistic surgical service.
A demonstrated history of international altruistic plastic surgery endeavours: giving your skill back to communities in need, not as a gesture, but as a pattern of your career.

An exemplary record at an absolutely exceptional standard.
Verifiable evidence of outcomes, peer standing, and professional conduct at the very top of the specialty, sustained across your career, not shown in moments.
If you cannot evidence every one of these criteria, we ask that you do not apply. All credentials, records, and references are independently verified.

Applications that clear verification are assessed against the standard we hold our own surgeons to.

Successful candidates are invited to interview, and, if selected, into training in the Snatched Waist methods.
