Alli has lived a lot of her life in the public eye — from reality TV to sharing motherhood with her audience. But after having her son, her lower ribs flared and stayed that way, and the waist she’d always wanted felt further away than ever.

She’d put in the training and the discipline, but the width of her waist was set by her frame, not her effort. Rib remodelling was the one thing that could reshape it — no implants, no fat transfer, just her own silhouette refined.
Her procedure was a true walk-in, walk-out procedure — about 45 minutes under general anaesthesia, home the same day with her corset on, letting the new shape set. The reduction settled at 11 cm over about 8 weeks.
A defined, hourglass waist that reads as unmistakably hers — the pre-baby shape she thought was gone, with a definition she’d never actually had. Permanent, and set by bone.
Compared to her other surgery: I’ve had my share of cosmetic surgery — this was hands-down the easiest, the least painful, and the best result of any of them.
