Monique had done everything right — the training, the nutrition, the discipline — and her waist never moved. The width of her waist was set by her lower ribs, not by fat.
I stood in front of the mirror at week three and laughed out loud.

At 32, after years of chasing an hourglass her frame simply wouldn’t give her, she researched rib remodelling — and decided to film the whole thing, unedited.
Her procedure was a true walk-in, walk-out procedure — about 45 minutes under general anaesthesia, home the same day with her corset on, letting the new shape set. The reduction settled at 10 cm over about 8 weeks.
By week eight the result had fully settled: a 10 cm smaller waist, and the hourglass she’d wanted her whole adult life.
Compared to her other surgery: I’ve had other procedures — this was the easiest and least painful by far, and the result outshines all of them.
